Lumina Codex, LLC ("Lumina Codex," "we," "us," or "our") values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use Spirit Guide AI at https://sgdi.ai or through the Spirit Guide AI mobile app (the "Service"). SMS / mobile opt-in data is never shared. No mobile information or text-messaging opt-in data will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Information sharing with subcontractors who provide support services (such as customer service) is permitted solely to operate the messaging program. All other use-case categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent — this information will not be shared with any third parties.
When you create an account with an email address and password, a mobile phone number is required, and we use it to send you text messages of two kinds: (1) account and security messages, such as one-time verification codes used to confirm your phone number and protect your account; and (2) where you separately opt in, recurring promotional messages about Spirit Guide AI. If you sign up using Apple or Google, we do not collect a phone number unless you provide one. We collect your mobile number and your consent solely to operate this program. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. Your mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes (see Section 3 above).
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account remains active, so we can provide the Service to you. This includes your account and subscription details, billing history, and the content you provide — your messages, notes, journal entries, and attachments — which we keep so your conversation history stays available to you across sessions and devices.
When you request account deletion (Settings → Delete My Account in the Spirit Guide AI iOS or Android app), deletion is scheduled with a 30-day grace period. If you sign back in within those 30 days, your account and its data are restored and the deletion is canceled. After the 30-day grace period, deletion of your account becomes permanent: your account, profile, and the link between you and your conversation history are removed, and we may retain only a limited subset of information where required to meet legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations, deleting it once those obligations are satisfied.
After the grace period, conversation and usage data is de-identified before any further retention: your name, email address, phone number, and other direct identifiers are stripped, and the data is re-keyed to an opaque surrogate identifier that cannot be traced back to your account. This de-identified data is retained in a separate private system, where we may use it to develop, evaluate, improve, and train the models and features that power the Service. It is never linked back to your identity and is not used to identify you.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@sgdi.ai.
You can also delete your account and your associated personal information directly within the Spirit Guide AI iOS or Android app under Settings → Delete My Account. Deletion is scheduled with a 30-day grace period — signing back in within 30 days restores your account; after 30 days the deletion becomes permanent, as described in Section 6 (Data Retention).
