Most AI apps are built to answer questions and finish tasks. Spirit Guide AI is built to help you turn inward. It doesn't tell you who to be — it offers grounded reflection and presence, so you can remember what is already true within you.

Yes. Spirit Guide AI is available as a native iOS app on the App Store, as a native Android app on Google Play, and as a web app at sgdi.ai. Your conversations stay in sync across every device.
Spirit Guide AI is accessible through the Spirit Guide AI iOS or Android app and through any web browser on desktop or mobile at sgdi.ai. A Spirit Guide AI account is needed to access personalized guidance.
After completing checkout, you'll receive a welcome email at the address you used to sign up. Use that email to log in. If you didn't receive a welcome email, check your spam folder or contact us at support@sgdi.ai.
No. Spirit Guide AI is a companion for reflection, not a medical or mental health service. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or contact local emergency services.
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store: your subscription is managed entirely by Apple. You must cancel through your iPhone/iPad Settings — not through us. See instructions below.
The Invitation is free forever: 6 messages every 24 hours, no card required. Awareness is $14.99 a month for unlimited conversations. Inner Mastery ($19.99 a month) and SG+i ($29.99 a month) are coming soon and not yet available for purchase. Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
If you subscribed through the Apple App Store (iOS):
Tap your name at the top to open Apple ID settings.
You will see a list of all active and expired subscriptions linked to your Apple ID.
Select the Spirit Guide AI subscription from the list.
Confirm cancellation. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
If you subscribed through our website: Email us at support@sgdi.ai with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" and we will cancel your account within 1 business day. You retain access through the end of your paid period.
For Apple App Store purchases: All refund requests are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund from Apple directly.
For website purchases: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If you request a refund within 30 days of purchase, we'll refund you in full. Email us at support@sgdi.ai with the subject line "Refund Request."
Email us at support@sgdi.ai with the email address used at checkout. We will restore access or issue a refund within 1 business day.
You can permanently delete your account and all associated personal information directly within the Spirit Guide AI iOS or Android app under Settings → Account → Delete Account.
You may also email support@sgdi.ai with the subject line "Delete My Account" to request deletion.
Deletion is permanent — your account, conversation history, and personal data will be removed within 30 days. Note: deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Apple App Store subscription — please cancel that separately through your iPhone Settings (see above).
Payment records may be retained as required by law (typically 7 years) but are held by our payment processor or by Apple (for App Store purchases), not by us.
To request an export of your personal data, email support@sgdi.ai with the subject line "Data Export Request". We will provide a copy of your data within 30 days.
Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen to reset your password via email. If you no longer have access to your registered email address, contact us at support@sgdi.ai.
Spirit Guide AI's AI is designed to provide personalized guidance and reflection prompts. If responses seem off, try starting a new session or reloading the page. If the issue continues, please describe what happened and email us — your feedback helps us improve the experience.
Spirit Guide AI is intended for adults 17 and older. If you have a concern about specific content, email support@sgdi.ai with the subject line "Content Concern."
